How to register for live Expensify training webinars
Expensify offers recurring live webinars to help members and Workspace Admins learn the basics of New Expensify. These live sessions focus on helping Classic members transition smoothly to New Expensify. Additional webinar topics may be added in the future.
Each time slot includes two training tracks:
- User Training (45 minutes)
- Admin Training (1 hour)
Select the date and time that works best for you. Admins are encouraged to attend both sessions.
Mondays – 23:00 UTC
(3pm Monday PST / 12pm Tuesday NZ / 10am SYD / 7am MNL)
Tuesdays – 18:00 UTC
(10am Tuesday PST / 1pm EST / 6pm GMT)
Wednesdays – 14:00 UTC
(9am Wednesday EST / 2pm GMT / 3pm CEST)
What You’ll Learn in User Training
Duration: 45 minutes (30-minute walkthrough + 15-minute Q&A)
User Training is designed for members who submit, review, or approve expenses.
You’ll learn how to:
- Navigate the New Expensify layout and understand where key actions and information live
- Use the contextual More button to take the right action on reports and expenses
- Interact with Concierge AI to upload, review, and update expenses using chat
- Understand how the Inbox, chat, and Concierge support work together, including AI-to-human escalation
What You’ll Learn in Admin Training
Duration: 1 hour (45-minute walkthrough + 15-minute Q&A)
Admin Training is designed for Workspace Admins and Workspace Owners.
You’ll learn how to:
- Navigate the New Expensify layout from an admin perspective and understand where administrative actions live
- Use the contextual More button to manage approvals, workflows, and expense-level actions
- Leverage the Inbox, chat, and Concierge AI to monitor activity, communicate with members, and make administrative changes
- Understand key Workspace administration updates, including company cards, workflows, rules, and support escalation

Which training session should I attend?
Attend User Training if you submit or approve expenses.
Attend Admin Training if you manage a Workspace, approvals, company cards, rules, or workflows. Please attend User Training as a prerequisite.
Are the live webinars only for Classic members?
Our current live sessions focus on supporting Classic members transitioning to New Expensify. Future sessions may cover additional topics.
Is the interactive tour a replacement for live training?
The interactive tour is ideal for learning navigation basics. For deeper explanations and live Q&A, we recommend attending a webinar, booking a call with your Account Manager or chatting to Concierge.
