ONL193 Sync Error in QuickBooks Online
If you see the error:
ONL193: Couldn’t connect to QuickBooks Online. Please reenter your admin login credentials.
This means the QuickBooks Online credentials used to establish the connection have changed or expired.
Why the ONL193 Sync Error Happens in QuickBooks Online
The ONL193 error occurs when:
- The QuickBooks Online admin password was changed.
- The admin user was removed or modified in QuickBooks Online.
- The connection authorization expired.
- Multi-factor authentication or security settings were updated.
When credentials change, Expensify can no longer sync until the connection is reauthorized.
How to Reconnect QuickBooks Online in Expensify
On Web
- Go to the Workspaces navigation tab on the left.
- Select your Workspace.
- Click Accounting.
- Click the three-dot icon next to the QuickBooks Online connection.
- Select Sync now.
- In the pop-up window, click Reconnect.
- Enter the QuickBooks Online admin credentials.
- Complete the authorization process.
On Mobile
- Tap the Workspaces navigation tab on the bottom.
- Select your Workspace.
- Tap Accounting.
- Tap the three-dot icon next to the QuickBooks Online connection.
- Tap Sync now.
- Tap Reconnect.
- Enter the QuickBooks Online admin credentials.
- Complete the authorization process.
If you are using new credentials, you may need to reconfigure your accounting settings and reselect categories or tags.
