The CER089 error typically indicates:

- The expense being exported does not have an associated assignment.

This is a Certinia Project configuration issue, not a Workspace configuration issue.
How to Fix the CER089 Export Error
This issue must be resolved in Certinia.
- Log in to Certinia.
- Go to Projects.
- Select the affected Project.
- Navigate to Project Attributes.
- Enable Allow Expense Without Assignment.
- Save your changes.
After updating the Project:
- Go to Settings > Workspaces.
- Select your Workspace.
- Click Accounting.
- Click Sync Now.
Then retry exporting the report.
