Integrating Accelo with Expensify

Accelo is a cloud-based business management platform designed for professional service companies. By integrating Accelo with Expensify, you can automatically import expenses and associate them with the correct project, ticket, or retainer.

Before you begin:

  • You must have administrator access to Accelo.
  • You must be a Workspace Admin in Expensify.

How to Connect Expensify to Accelo

Follow these steps to set up the integration:

  1. Open the Expensify Integration Server.
  2. Copy your Partner User ID and Partner User Secret.
    • If the integration server has not been set up, follow the on-screen prompt and select click here.
    • If the integration server is already configured, select Click here to regenerate your Partner User Secret to generate a new code.
  3. Store your Partner User ID and Partner User Secret in a secure location.
  4. In Accelo, navigate to Settings > Integrations and select the Expensify tab.
  5. Enter the Expensify Partner User ID and Partner User Secret.
    • (Optional) If you are using the Integration Server for another integration, update the Partner User Secret in that platform.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Your Expensify account is now successfully connected to Accelo.
