Disconnect Bank Account

If the bank account is set as the settlement account for your Expensify Cards, you must designate another bank account as your settlement account (under Settings > Domains > Company Cards > Settings) before this account can be deleted.

To disconnect a bank account from Expensify,

  1. Hover over Settings, then click Account.
  2. Click the Payments tab on the left.
  3. To the right of the bank account, click Delete.
FAQ

Why can’t I delete a bank account?

You may be unable to delete your bank account if:

  • The bank account is set as your Expensify Card settlement account
  • Your account is locked due to a failed payment
