SmartScan accuracy improvement: location-based currency detection

Update: We’ve changed how we determine the currency on SmartScanned receipts. In the absence of a clear currency symbol on the receipt, we'll now determine the currency based on your location. For example, if you're SmartScanning from home in the United States, we'll default to USD. If you're traveling to Thailand, we'll change the currency to THB.

From our internal testing, this has been a huge improvement for business travelers or other employees SmartScanning expenses that are different from their default policy currency.

Remember: you'll get the best experience by SmartScanning your receipts as soon as you get them.
